Natural Support for Endometriosis

A Natural Approach to Reducing Pain and Inflammatory Markers in Endometriosis

Are you struggling with severe menstrual pain, chronic pelvic discomfort, fatigue, or inflammation associated with endometriosis?

For many women, endometriosis affects far more than their menstrual cycle. Debilitating pain, exhaustion, digestive issues, and fertility challenges can disrupt everyday life.

At O2 Renew Studio in Wichita, Kansas, we believe women deserve more options for supporting their health.

That's why we offer HOCATT, an innovative wellness system combining multiple therapies, including ozone and PEMF, which have been studied together in women with endometriosis.

Why Is Endometriosis So Painful?

Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory condition in which tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus.

These lesions can trigger inflammation, irritate surrounding tissues, and contribute to significant pain.

Common symptoms include:

  • Severe, debilitating menstrual cramps
  • Chronic, sometimes disabling pelvic and lower back pain
  • Pain during or after intercourse
  • Intense bloating, abdominal pain, and digestive issues
  • Persistent exhaustion that interferes with daily life
  • Fertility challenges and difficulty conceiving

How HOCATT May Help Support Women with Endometriosis

HOCATT combines therapies designed to support cellular health, circulation, and recovery. Two of its modalities—ozone and PEMF—have been investigated together in preliminary endometriosis research.

1. Ozone Therapy: Inflammation & Oxidative Stress

Inflammation and oxidative stress play important roles in endometriosis, contributing to pain and tissue irritation.

Ozone: Can stimulate antioxidant defense pathways and influence inflammatory signaling. Preliminary endometriosis research has reported reduced pain and inflammatory markers following ozone-based treatment.

2. PEMF: Pain & Tissue Recovery

Chronic pelvic inflammation can contribute to ongoing pain, muscle tension, and physical discomfort.

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy): Uses electromagnetic pulses to influence cellular signaling and has been studied for pain management and tissue recovery.

3. Infrared Heat: Circulation & Comfort

Women with endometriosis frequently experience pelvic tension, cramping, and lower back discomfort.

Infrared Heat: Encourages circulation, relaxes tense muscles, and may provide temporary relief from cramping and stiffness.

What Does the Research Show?

A 2023 study investigated a combined HOCATT-based protocol involving ozone sauna therapy, PEMF, and intravaginal ozone in women with endometriosis.

Researchers reported encouraging results after six sessions over three weeks:

  • Reduced pain: Pain scores improved significantly after the fourth session.
  • Lower inflammatory markers: Researchers observed significant reductions in CRP and IL-1β.

The findings highlight the potential of HOCATT's combined therapies, including ozone and PEMF, for women with endometriosis.

What to Expect During a HOCATT Session with Vaginal Ozone Insufflation

We understand that trying something new, especially an intimate therapy, can feel intimidating. Our goal is to make the experience as private and comfortable as possible.

During your HOCATT session, you'll sit comfortably in the warm sauna chamber with your head outside the unit so you can not breath the ozone. There is oxygen available next to your head and a fan so you will not breath any ozone. There will be ozone pumped all around your body. For vaginal ozone insufflation, you'll be given a small, disposable, flexible catheter that you insert yourself while sitting in the HOCATT with the doors closed in privacy. The catheter delivers an oxygen-ozone mixture into the vaginal canal.

You remain in control throughout the process and can stop at any time if you experience discomfort.

Our team will explain the process beforehand, answer your questions, and make sure you understand what to expect.

Vaginal ozone insufflation is an optional procedure requiring appropriate screening, informed consent, and qualified clinical oversight. Its safety and effectiveness for endometriosis have not been established.
